Please use the following checklist to enroll your K-12th grade singer(s) in the 2025-2026 LYC Season–
No audition for K-2nd Grade Singers.

- 2025-2026 Singer Handbook: Most season questions can be answered in this handbook!
- Complete the appropriate online registration form:
- Print and complete the Emergency Medical Treatment Form (EMT)
- This form MUST be submitted to the LYC Office on or before your singer’s first rehearsal. A hard copy can be submitted via U.S. Post to 3105 Lexington Road, Louisville, KY 40206 or an electronic copy can be submitted to info@louyouthchoir.org.
- Print and complete the COVID-19 Form
- This form MUST be submitted to the LYC Office on or before your singer’s first rehearsal. A hard copy can be submitted via U.S. Post to 3105 Lexington Road, Louisville, KY 40206 or an electronic copy can be submitted to info@louyouthchoir.org.
- Pay Tuition or Apply for a Scholarship
- K-2nd grade singers should pay their Primary Singer tuition through the LYC online store.
- Each 3rd-12th grade singer will receive a tuition bill via email upon beginning with LYC (unless they are applying for a scholarship) and then quarterly until the bill is paid in full. From this electronic invoice, you will be able to make online payments directly to your account through PayPal/ Credit Card. If you choose to pay via check, you may do so by printing the invoice and mailing it along with your check to the LYC Office. We can also accept credit card payments over the phone. We will not longer be running credit cards automatically nor accept tuition payments through the online store. If your singer is only with us for part of the season, the invoice amount will be adjusted accordingly and sent when they begin rehearsals.

- Purchase LYC Performance Wear
- Casual Performance T-shirt — This should be taken care of by the second rehearsal of the season–it is the same t-shirt design as previous seasons so if you are a returning singer and yours still fits, there is no need to purchase.
- Formal Performance Wear — Please refer to the 2025-2026 Singer Handbook for information regarding Formal Performance Wear.

- 3rd-12th Grade Singers begin rehearsals on Tuesday, September 2, 2025! A link to the 3rd-12th grade singers welcome video will be sent via email and can be found HERE.
