Individuals, Government and Corporate Options*
Dynamic Package: Cost TBD
One of LYC’s ensembles for more than 2 hours of time that can be tailor-made to your event (Time includes: set-up, warm-up, sound check, & performance)
Harmony Package: $500
One of LYC’s ensembles for up to 2 hours of time (Time includes: set-up, warm-up, sound check, & performance)
Melody Package: $300
One of LYC’s ensembles for up to 1 hours of time (Time includes: set-up, warm-up, sound check, & performance)
Rhythm Package: $150
One of LYC’s ensembles for up to 30 minutes of time (Time includes: set-up, warm-up, sound check, & performance)
*Options include travel within Jefferson County KY. For travel outside of Jefferson County KY, LYC will make transportation arrangements for singers at an additional cost to those who book LYC. Additional time needed for performances, rehearsals, and/or sound checks will be added to the above costs at the rate of $50 per half hour if these are above and beyond the package contents.
Nonprofit Options – 501(c)3 organizations only. All others should use the above package pricing.
The package options above remain, but with a reduced cost of 50% PLUS acknowledgement of LYC at the event (program ad, logo placement and/or verbal recognition) where applicable to secure the Nonprofit Rate (NPR.)
Proof of 501(c)3 status may be required. Additional fees for additional travel time, performance time, rehearsals and sound checks are the same rates as listed above. No reductions given for additional time. In kind services/advertising may be offered by the booking nonprofit organization to provide payment. Acceptance of these offers is at the discretion of LYC.

PAYMENT: 50% of the total amount owed is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% plus any additional fees will be due at the event if not paid before. Nonprofits wishing to offer in-kind services as payment, must present those in writing and receive LYC confirmation of offer before LYC will book the event.
